Nick, originally from Leamington Spa, after Stratford upon Avon Culinary College, had an intense training in some of the most renewed Michelin-starred restautants in the UK and was appointed Sous Chef at the Restaurant “56” by Chef Andrew Scott in 2014.
The Restaurant “56” was awarded 3 AA rosettes in October 2015, placing it in the top 10% of restaurants in the country. Simultaneously the restaurant also won the Best Gastronomic Restaurant at the Oxfordshire Restaurant Awards.
